This is my last photograph from my hand series. It was part of a school project and I needed to have a certain amount of photographs and well I was struggling to fill in that last spot. So this was a little experiment. I found a pane of glass, painted my hand with red paint, a flashlight and well this was the result.
That is a great image. And a great way to pad out your portfolio.

ReplyDeleteVery cool and creative! I hope you were able to get that paint off your hand easily, and I hope it didn't get anywhere like on a couch or carpet. I always make messes when I'm being creative! I'd buy that throw pillow for Halloween decor!

ReplyDeleteI like the lighting in this shot, and the red hand print always makes me think of the MMIWG movement so it's quite poignant and thought-provoking in many ways and will mean all sorts of things depending on who is looking at it.
