Have you heard of 'pareidolia'? It is the psychological tendency to perceive meaningful images, shapes, or patterns in random, ambiguous, or inanimate objects. The most common example is "face pareidolia"—seeing faces in things like electrical outlets, car grilles, or even clouds. I spotted this exposed water pipes, rust stains and I saw the sadness, the crying face. Do you see faces in things?  Coasters Tablet Cover Blanket Framed Print Throw Pillow Playing cards                               Etsy             Instagram             Twitter             Redbubble             Zazzle

This was taken in Aruba . It was a hike or near a fort.. we had rented a car for the day.. this is back in 2011. D's first beach vacation. This particular set of stacked rocks caught my eye because it looked like the bust of a man, bent over, a little hunched I thought.. weight on his shoulders.  Tote Bag Spiral Notebook Canvas Print Wall Hanging Jigsaw Puzzle Framed Print Throw Pillow                                    Etsy             Instagram             Twitter             Redbubble             Zazzle

I am hazy on the details for this one. It was taken in Montreal in the year 2011. Other than that I am drawing a blank. I like the old world nostalgic vibe.  Framed Photograph Coasters Puzzle Throw Pillow Tote                               Etsy             Instagram             Twitter             Redbubble             Zazzle

Standing inside Ottawa's Notre Dame Cathedral staring up at the beautiful blue ceilings.. and then I spot her. The woman praying in solitude.                               I took this one back in 2011 when we visited Ottawa with a very little D. The photograph is of the large hanging lights dotting the exterior of the Ottawa Parliament building. The building is an example of  gothic revival architecture.  Jigsaw Puzzle Paper Napkin Spiral Notebook Tapestry Wall Art                                    Etsy             Instagram             Twitter             Redbubble             Zazzle
