Lately

I have still not unpacked everything.. somehow it just doesn't seem to be my top priority. I have managed to gag and blind my inner neat freak.. not sure how.. I'm just as surprised.
I am trying to rest.. everything hurts and my Braxton Hicks are oddly annoying and persistent this time around. Last time I hardly felt them.. and when they aren't acting up the kid goes on a kicking spree!
D started school and I am still driving around the neighborhood with my GPS trying to figure things out.
We are also planning our first renovation.. key word planning.. hoping to start executing soon. : D
I have been cooking..
We played our first board game.
And D is showing independence and growth.. he's our little helper.. even when him helping means more work.

  1. Looks like a great time! Your little guy is adorable! So funny at this stage when they want to help - it always does take a bit longer, and requires more clean up, but so worth it!

    Hope the Braxton Hicks subside!

    1. Thanks.. yes, it is cute watching him try. We joke that he wants to help with chores now then these are the same chores he's going to try to wiggle his way out of..

  2. Beautiful pictures
Hope you are feeling better. Braxton Hicks are the pits. Slow down is the only thing that helped me way back in those days.
Careful with renovations, fumes, dust and such. Plan a nice spa day.
