                               Well that was quick.. I feel like I just did a Hello October post and here we are welcoming November.  And it is going to be one busy month. We have two trips planned this month. source So I may be a little MIA.. but you can follow me on Instagram to see where we are and what we're doing. I am hosting a party towards the mid of the month in between both trips and I'm still brainstorming on what to make. I will also be having guests in the house.. my mom is coming for a visit and my dad who almost never comes.. is also on board. May have an aunt and uncle drop in as well. We have a big family gathering planned for early December to celebrate my great aunt and uncle.  When brown mom's visit they love to cook for you and take care of you.. and I will be taking advantage of these traits.. lol.                               This was taken inside the stunning Jerónimos Monastery is Lisbon, Portugal built in 1495. It is a former monastery of the Order of Saint Jerome near the Tagus river in the parish of Belém. It is one of the most prominent examples of the late Portuguese Gothic Manueline style. It is also the final resting place of Vasco da Gama along with kings Manuel I and John III. Hello hello.. how is everyone doing?  M went on three trips this month and they all happened to be back to back. He flew to a conference in Europe and a friends reunion in Morocco and then another conference in Florida.  Before he left we went out for date night. We went to our local favorite.. 618. The food is great.. and has gorgeous decor. Plus  they make amazing mocktails as well..how  pretty is that? The food we inhaled.. next time I will try to remember to take pictures. D has been working on his bowling skills in preparation for bowling season in his high school. We go to the local bowling alley at least twice a week... more if we could manage it and on Thursday he scored his first 159.   H's middle school band was invited to play with the high school marching band on homecoming. It was cool watching him play but it was a cold night and we were both happy when it was over. And now M and H are both under the weather. M is all mucusy and H has a fever....

This is another photograph taken in Portugal. It was taken inside the Belem Tower. The tower symbolizes Portugal's maritime and colonial power in early modern Europe.
