The Story Of Us

We are finally done with all our Costa Rican travel posts, which I hope you enjoyed and are now in current time.   The week before last M and I celebrated our birthdays. It was in the middle of the week so we didn't really do much but we had big plans for the weekend.  At what point do we get to blow out our own candles? Actually we have stopped doing candles. Never realized, before Covid, how gross it actually is. But this was just the four of us so we did.. for old times sake.  On Saturday we headed into the city in the afternoon. It turned out to be a beautiful day. I had spotted these viral hot chocolates on Instagram and wanted to try them. We found a small line outside the store, a couple minutes long. M and I shared an original, hot chocolate with a circle of roasted marshmallow fluff and a scoop of some more creamy deliciousness. While they kids chose an Oreo topping.
