Sick Day

Image
So the little one brought home a cough last week..he's all better now.. but I got bronchitis and D has a touch of pneumonia.. :( Have you guys seen Haunting of Hill House? M and I currently watching it.. not binging.. one nightmare inducing episode a night is really enough. It is very good. I'm currently reading Next Year in Havana.. I am really liking it.. I am half way through. I especially am loving the historical aspect to it.. I am constantly finding myself wikipedia-ing things about Cuba while I read.  I'm currently drinking lots and lots of tea.. they have a tea for just about everything..                             Etsy             Instagram             Twitter             Bloglovin

Weaver - Taken in a small concrete hut in Pakistan, a hut as large as a small bedroom, a hut with four men and two children weaving together various pieces of wicker furniture. This particular man, whose hand is the focus was working on a chair. Such intricate labor intensive work requiring such attention to make a piece so often taken for granted.    Weathered Door - An old door, obviously aged, paint peeling and the appearance of rust. On the door is an old antique knocker that to me looks more beautiful old and worn that I can ever imagine it new and polished. You can buy this print here .
