The Story Of Us

I am celebrating my birthday today and M tomorrow.. wohoo. We may get a cake between the two of us that H will most probably cut for us and insist we sing Happy Birthday to him because in reality it's his birthday.. lol. When we first got married we would start celebrating the Friday night closest to our birthday and it would go on till the end of the weekend.. there was less celebrating once we had kids. Last year my mother was visiting around the time and we decided to change things up and went away to a local bed and breakfast for the night. This year we're hoping to do something similar but for longer than just the night and farther than just a drive away. SO EXCITED!!! I can say this without a doubt, the best way to wake up is to a sale. There's a flutter in your stomach, a smile on your face and in your heart, never outloud you quote Sally Field and say 'You like me, you really like me' or my work that is. And it never gets old. I have not yet, nor hope to ever be jaded enough to say.. 'hmm another sale, whatever' I was lucky enough to wake up to that fluttering feeling today.
