Friday Photography
This too was taken at the Farmer's Museum in Cooperstown where I took last weeks photograph. It was especially special because it was where D rode his first carousel. In those early years we cherish those first so very much. Horses are often found on carousels.. it's the rooster that drew my eye.
That an interesting one and I love it on the paper cup.
ReplyDeleteFabulous.
ReplyDeleteHahahahaha, the rooster peeking into the frame from the corner! He looks vaguely menacing, as roosters so often do.
ReplyDeleteThis is a really cool shot!

What beautiful photos! The carousel is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteHa! The shower curtain made me laugh - that's fantastic.
ReplyDeleteit is a GREAT image. have you heard about the old carousel building in asbury park, there may be plans to tear that down. what a shame that would be. i have been reading about it on social media, so who knows what's true. the carousel building seems stable, it is the iconic building next to it that seems iffy!!!
ReplyDeleteDifferent and cool
ReplyDeleteWhat a great photo. I love the rooster and would much rather ride one on a carousel than be chased by one in real life!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photo. I like the way you chose to orient it!
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking about the old carousel we had in my town growing up the other day, and now you're featuring this great photo! Our carousel had some weird animals on it, too.
ReplyDeleteI do like this, especially the rooster.
ReplyDeleteWorks well on the paper cup!
All the best Jan
I love the angle in that picture!
ReplyDeleteOh very beautiful photo
ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting photo! I love the angle you took it at.
ReplyDeleteThe angle is fun on this one and that rooster peeking in the corner is so fun. :)
