Shroom Climbing - The season was autumn, the spot, Kancamagus Highway in New Hampshire. It is a 35 mile long scenic route through the White Mountains. Along the stunningly scenic route there are no gas stations, no eateries just pure nature. Scattered along the route are parking areas, view points and hiking trails. On one of our many hikes through the White Mountain I came across this gorgeous growth of mushrooms at the foot of a tree. I was mesmerized.

They're like stairs!! I don't know why, but I always get excited when I see shrooms in the wild. (Obviously I don't get out in nature often enough haha) -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's

It's so neat to see mushrooms grow like that. I usually just see standing clumps.
