A Day at the Zoo

We are hoping to make the zoo and annual thing.. D had a wonderful time last year. You can read all about last years trip here. This year H was old enough to join in on the fun and oh what fun he had.. he seemed almost high on the excitement.. instead of sharing the pictures we took... I thought instead I'd share a couple D took with his camera.. you can learn more about his camera here.

  1. Those a great pics that D took! Believe in starting them young - it's such fun watching their reactions as they grow up!

  4. I love how you got your son a camera. He took some good pics, especially of those stags jousting. Your zoo's polar bear has a great habitat.

  5. I just happened to see your old posts of gifting celebrities. That is such an awesome opportunity. How did that work? Did you ever hear back on the gift choices?

    1. thanks for asking.. it was a very cool opportunity but after a few tries I realized that it wasn't a really great fit with photography. The people who gifted jewelry, skin products etc made a greater impact.

  8. He took great pics, Hena:) And zoos are awesome, aren't they? We live so close to one, and we have a yearly membership, so we're there practically every day during the summer:D

  25. We haven't made it to the zoo this year since my kids aren't really animal lovers. I bet they would love if I handed them a camera and let them take pictures of whatever they want though.
