Pantry Makeover

We are back from our weekend getaway with our friends, it was a beautiful weekend even though it was surprisingly chilly.. Felt less like summer and more like autumn.. autumn? More about that in another post.

Today I'm going to show you our pantry makeover..

It started out dingy with sagging shelves and an overall mess..

We started by removing all the existing shelves..

sanding and priming..

and then painted yellow :)

white wire shelves, drawers and a rack on the side.. Home Depot can cut the shelves to any size you like.

I can not believe the amount of space I have! I love the addition of drawers..

and the rack is my favorite.

  1. ahhh a nice clean bright pantry. Love it. We don't have a pantry closet, but a pantry cabinet. Since I am short I can never see anything in the top bit and it ends up turning into chaos in no time. sigh. One day! Shelves!

I just did a minor pantry tweak (because I bought a spice rack) and it is so nice to be able to find things when I need them!
